Olympiacos FC's Roberto and Kostas Manolas believe their team "can achieve many things"

Olympiacos ready for United test
Contesting the UEFA Champions League round of 16 for the first time since 2009/10 and seemingly cruising to the Greek Super League title, Olympiacos FC should be full of confidence going into Tuesday's first-leg visit of Manchester United FC.

With the Red Devils failing to display their usual dominant domestic form this term, Olympiacos duo Roberto and Kostas Manolas think the Greek champions have what it takes to make the quarter-finals for only the second time. "I believe we will give a good performance. I hope Manchester United will not get better than they are now, so we can defeat them," said Greece defender Manolas.
Goalkeeper Roberto refuses to underestimate David Moyes's United, but trusts his side have the quality to progress. "We know we will face a very tough test in this tie, against a very tough team, but we will fight for it," said the Spaniard, ever-present during the group stage. "We will do all we can to get to the quarter-finals. We have become a solid group, with a very clear idea that if we work together, we will be able to achieve many things."
For Manolas, victory is the goal – though just appearing in the competition provides a thrill. "What you enjoy in every Champions League game is the passion, power and playing against the strongest teams in the best tournament. Every game is unique."
